Combine

obtain a frothy consistency the use of
an electric blender is recommended.

Bring
chicken broth, water and maple gelly to
a boil. Add unflavored gealtine.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Add diced
chicken, parsley and celery in the
mould of your choice. Refrigerate for 6
more hours.Unmould and serve with toast
or as a side dish. Gives 8
portions.
